Our guest speaker is Nebraska Assistant Athletic Director and former Husker Offensive Lineman, Brenden Stai.
Brenden played for Coach Osborne from 1991 through 1994 and was instrumental in bringing Coach Osborne his first national title, defeating Miami in the Orange Bowl 24-17. One of the strongest Huskers, Brenden was a master at the pancake block averaging 11 per game in 1994. He was a consensus first-team All-American in 1994.
Brenden was drafted in the third round by the Pittsburgh Steelers. In his NFL Career, he played
for the Steelers (1995-1999), then had stints with the Jaguars, Lions, Redskins, Patriots, and Chiefs. In his 8-year NFL career, Brenden played in 105 games, and started 96 of those games.
Today, Brenden is Nebraska's Assistant Athletic Director for Leadership Giving and Football Relations.
There will be door prizes, silent auctions, Christmas music, friendship and fellowship! You don't want to miss this party!
