Use this application and online payment to renew your membership, or to join as a new member.
There two options to submit your application and payment:
Submit your application and pay online using a credit card. When paying online, we are passing along a transaction fee to you. Just complete the online application, and include an optional contribution to the scholarship fund. Then follow the instructions to pay online.
Or, you can use the traditional method we've used since 1981. Open the annual membership application form. Print it. Fill it out. Then mail it along with your check for $30, and your optional contribution, with no transaction fee charged.
We cannot process your application until we have received both your completed application AND your payment.
Note: When paying online, you are also paying an online transaction cost. For example the fee for membership only is $32.00 per calendar year.
