Huskers at Minnesota - Oklahoma City-area Watch Party

The Nebraska Cornhuskers (5-1, 2-1) have a short week as they travel to Minneapolis for a Friday night matchup with the Minnesota Golden Gophers (4-2, 2-1). The Gophers enter the game coming off a 27-20 come- from-behind victory at Purdue. 

The Huskers have a statistical advantage in almost every category and boast the #1 rated pass defense in the nation.

The Huskers seem to have found their running game to complement their passing game. Nebraska opened as a 5 point favorite for the 7:00 PM Friday game on FOX.

Both teams have a short week. The Huskers are on their second straight road game. I expect the stands in Minneapolis to have a significant Scarlett hue to them. Our fans have played a big part in firing up the team in every game this year. 

The Oklahoma Cornhusker Club (OCC) Oklahoma City-area Watch Party is at 74 Sports Kitchen and Cocktails!

VP Jeff Maytes reports that 74 Sports Kitchen is again making runzas for the game. Jeff sent out an email asking OKC-area members for how many regular or cheese runzas they want. Check your email. 

Husker seating begins at 6:00 PM.

The FOX telecast begins at 7:00 PM.
